Postal Service
All items are normally dispatched between 1-5 days using 24-48hr courier service standard parcels, certain items that are made to order or dispatched direct from the manufacturer are exceptions to this, in which case the purchaser will be notified using the email address supplied at the time of purchase.
All postal charges stated are applicable to UK Mainland addressses only, Remote UK addresses, Highland and Islands etc a postal surcharge will apply, please contact me prior to purchasing to obtain a revised postal charge.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when items are dispatched, it is your responsibility to ensure a correct delivery address as been provided and a recipient is able to collect at the delivery point to avoid a postal surcharge.
Postal charges apply to all orders under £250, orders over this amount qualify for free delivery except on certain items such as boats, large trailers etc. In these cases the carriage charge will be clearly stated. Free delivery only applies to UK Mainland addresses only.
If an item is out of stock we may offer a similiar item as a replacement whenever possible. If this is not possible we will refund the cost of the item and the postal cost.
